Terms & Conditions

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to submit.
• Entries will only be accepted through the online submission form.
• Photos must not exceed 2 MB.
• Photographs entered must be the sole property of the entrant.
• If any third parties are seen in the photograph, it is the entrant’s responsibility to obtain photo permission signatures from all parties before submitting.
• If any minors are seen in the photograph, it is the entrant’s responsibility to obtain photo permission signatures from the minor’s legal guardian before submitting.
• By submitting, the entrant grants The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa to post his/her story and/or photo on www.BrownPalace.com.
• Winners will be chosen based on the largest number of online votes received at 5 p.m. MST on the last day of each month.
• Winner will be notified by the email in which they submitted their entry.
• Prizes will be awarded in the form of a gift certificate and may not be redeemed for cash value.
• The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa reserves the right to disqualify any submission as it sees fit.
• The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa reserves the right to change these guidelines or cancel the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.
